Invoice Spot is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. All features, updates, and subscription benefits are delivered digitally through our secure web application.

No physical products are shipped as part of your subscription.

2. Account Activation & Access

New accounts are activated instantly after registration. If you select a paid plan, access to premium features is enabled immediately after successful payment confirmation.

You will receive an email containing a verification link and onboarding steps to help you get started.

3. Delivery of Services

Our services are delivered digitally through:

Web Application: Access the platform via https://www.invoicespot.in using your login credentials.

Email Communication: Important updates, invoices, and support messages are sent to your registered email.

Data Backups: Cloud backups and exports are available directly inside the application.

4. Service Availability & Downtime

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for all users. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

In case of unforeseen downtime, updates are posted on our status page and via email alerts.

5. Billing & Support

Invoices and payment confirmations are delivered electronically to your registered email address.

Our support team is available to assist with access issues, onboarding, or product guidance.
