Welcome to Invoice Spot, operated by MSV Innovatrix ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our invoice management platform and services (the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
Invoice Spot is a comprehensive invoice management platform that provides:
Invoice creation and management
Customer and product database management
Payment tracking and reporting
Subscription-based access to premium features
Cloud backup and data synchronization
Analytics and business insights
To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We offer a Free plan and paid Starter, Business, and Professional subscriptions. Enterprise is quoted separately. New users start on the Free plan with no credit card required.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
Yearly billing is charged for 10 months and covers 12 months
Payment is due in advance for each billing period
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We accept major credit cards, UPI, and bank transfers
Prices are in INR and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
New users start on the Free plan. No payment information is required. The Free plan includes limited products and invoices per month. Paid features are enabled after a successful payment for Starter, Business, or Professional.
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
Submit false or misleading information
Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Service
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you input into our Service. We are not responsible for errors in invoices, customer information, or financial calculations based on inaccurate data.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MSV Innovatrix and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of your business data and content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service to you.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your data before account deletion.
While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSV Innovatrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
